Area Humanist Campaigns to Ban Sunset and Sunrise

An area humanist today filed a campaign against the use of phrases such as 'sunrise' and 'sunset'.

"Gallileo would be turning in his grave if he knew that we still referred to the sun as revolving around the earth", he said,  "my campaign will ensure that we no longer use archaic words like sunrise and sunset and replace them with sunface and sununface".

Other humanist organisations have expressed their support, saying that superstitious phrases such as these are dangerous to children's vulnerable young minds and that this is yet another proof that religion should be banned.
