"French Not a Valid Language" says Area Humanist

An area humanist today declared that French is not a valid language. Prof. Richard Wakefield said that since it did not match the language that he spoke and that it even dared to 'move the order of words around a lot' so that it didn't make any sense, it stood to reason that the language probably was made up.

He said "saying that French is a language is all went and good, but I can't understand it and it makes no sense to the work I've spent my life doing speaking English. I could just as easily say 'wobble-dick-dawck' and announce that as the basis for a new language called Spagbogolesr, but is it really a language?"

When asked about the many millions of people who already speak French, he said "these are woolly minded sheep who are playing with things they don't understand. Just because they say they speak French on a daily basis, that doesn't suddenly make it sound like English. I have no time for them".
